Cancellation Policy

Program Cancelation Policy

Philanthropy West Virginia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our education programs. Programs may be canceled because of, but not limited to: speaker and or facilitator illness, inclement weather conditions, or less than 3 registered participants. 

You will be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of a virtual event and within 5 days of an in person event via email. Thank you for your understanding.

Annual Conference Refund Policy

If you cannot attend the annual conference for which you paid a registration fee, please contact30-day cancellation policy: You may request for cancellation on or before Sept  21, 2024.

Program Refund Policy

If you cannot attend any program (with the exception of the annual conference) for which you paid a registration fee, please contact Nina Riivald to request a refund. For cancellations made at least a week before a program, you will receive a refund less a $15 administrative fee. No refunds are available within one week of the event. 

Any events canceled by Philanthropy WV will receive a full refund.

Philanthropy WV also reserves the right to modify our cancellation policies as necessary: any such changes will be clearly stated on registration materials for the programs to which they apply.
