Small group discussions – if you have a topic you would like to discuss or to sign up for a topic please email hilaria@philanthropywv.org! Topics could include: Flexibility of grantmaking during COVID-19, Transfer of Wealth, National Standards, Neighborhood Investment Program, Investment Management, Scholarships, Supportive Practices/strategies during the crisis, Strategic Plan Implementation, Best Practices for identifying high net-worth donors. Each topic will move forward once more 2 or more attendees have signed up for the huddle.

Community Leadership: Tales from the Frontlines with Rosemary Dorsa, Vice President of Indiana Philanthropy Alliance
In 2018, Lilly Endowment Inc. gave 92 community foundations in Indiana the opportunity to invest in their community leadership capacity, expand their engagement on their communities, and implement ideas for collaborative community improvement. This session will explore how this work has changed board culture, grantmaking, donor conversations, community relationships, operations, and more, often in unintended ways. - 1:30 PM – Call to Action
