Program Cancellation Policy

Philanthropy West Virginia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our education programs. Programs may be canceled because of, but not limited to: speaker and or facilitator illness, inclement weather conditions, or less than 3 registered participants.

West Virginia Impact Commission Meeting

Philanthropy West Virginia and the West Virginia Nonprofit Association will be hosting the 2nd Meeting of the West Virginia Impact Commission at the WV State Capitol.  The WV Impact Commission was created by Philanthropy WV and the WV Nonprofit Association as a collaborative commission bringing leaders from the WV State Legislative and Executive branches of government together with nonprofits and philanthropy to improve communication and service to the people of West Virginia.

This will be the second meeting of the WV Impact Commission and the meeting will focus on improving federal and state grant awarding and reimbursements for nonprofits.  For more information about the meeting, contact Paul Daugherty at paul@philanthropywv.org or Laura Lee Haddad of the WVNPA at lauralee@wvnpa.org.
