Work to create a simplified FAFSA has been underway for years and the new form is slated for a (non-specific) December debut. Scholarship providers and financial aid professionals often consider need as part of effective distribution of available funds.  With such a big change in the financial aid process, there’s opportunity consider how to best roll with the changes without losing sight of your goal.  Overcomplication?  Let’s avoid it!
