2nd Corporate Quarterly Webinar: Setting the Stage for Success with Strategic Planning

December 6, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

For Corporate Foundation & Corporate Giving Members, Philanthropy WV is hosting this new quarterly webinar series in partnership with our peers and Changing Our World.

Creating a high-quality community involvement platform for your company doesn’t happen by chance. You must embark on an intentional and thoughtful planning process to marry a company’s unique resources and its citizenship and business objectives with an understanding of the pressing needs in key communities to find the sweet spot. The corporations that discover ways to creatively and comprehensively leverage their assets are the ones that can truly reap the greatest social and business benefits. There’s no better place to begin than with strategic planning; it’s the process that builds and maps corporations’ pathways to philanthropic success.

Interested in mapping your pathway?

In this session, participants will learn the fundamentals of effective strategic planning to build or refine philanthropic programs as well as tips for how to properly execute a plan in a way that keeps the momentum going. We’ll discuss the many facets of strong planning – from benchmarking and best practice research to stakeholder interviews and surveys – to spark the ideas that will work best for your company. You’ll walk away prepared and confident to take your program to the next level through strategic planning.
