PEAK Grantmaking: Legal Issues for Private Foundations

Our friends at PEAK Grantmaking are offering a free webinar on legal issues for private foundations, March 11th from 2:00 to 3:30, with guest speaker Josh Abel of the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust. Topics will include funding of advocacy, exercising expenditure responsibility for grants to organizations that are not public charities, awarding grants to 509(a)(3) organizations, and more. There will also be time for questions. You can learn more HERE.

You do not need to be a PEAK member to register for this event, but you will be asked to set up non-member login information in order to register. PEAK membership for individual grantmaking practitioners is free, so if you decide to join you can just visit the PEAK website.
