Our friends at PEAK Grantmaking are offering a free webinar on legal issues for private foundations, March 11th from 2:00 to 3:30, with guest speaker Josh Abel of the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust. Topics will include funding of advocacy, exercising expenditure responsibility for grants to organizations that are not public charities, awarding grants to 509(a)(3) organizations, and more.
