Philanthropy WV’s Education Affinity Group (EAG) will host the WV Climb Program for an in-depth discussion on workforce readiness in West Virginia. The program from 12 PM to 3 PM on Thursday, September 5th will include leaders from the WV Higher Education Policy Commission including Dr. Chris Treadway.
As the EAG identified top issues for education philanthropy partnerships including early childhood and workforce development, this session will be for foundation, corporate, and private philanthropy leaders to discuss ways they can support a stronger West Virginia workforce. The WV Climb program launched in 2018 is a focus on equipping 60% of West Virginians with a certificate or degree by 2030.
The program will be hosted at The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation in Charleston, WV. To register, please email email@example.com. For more details, please call 304.517.1450.
