Program Cancellation Policy
Philanthropy West Virginia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our education programs. Programs may be canceled because of, but not limited to: speaker and or facilitator illness, inclement weather conditions, or less than 3 registered participants.
You will be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of a virtual event and within 5 days of an in person event via email. Thank you for your understanding. See the full cancellation policy.

Education Affinity Group Meeting
January 14, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Our next Education Affinity Group meeting will be January 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn in Weston. Please plan to join us for a strategy session to identify next steps on how we can leverage your grantmaking with other funders around our joint priority areas. We will be highlighting two priority areas:
- WV Grade Level Reading Campaign
- WV Climb – Workforce Readiness
As a group, we will discuss ways for local funders to get involved in these areas, potential partnerships with national funders, and other areas for collaboration.
