This Corporate Professional Development session’s topic is: Corporate Giving & Community Impact: It is more than a Transaction presented by First United Bank’s Market President Kimberly Moyers .

Every company is different, but no matter your company’s size or purpose the importance of being a strong and engaged community partner is the same.  Good corporate involvement results in stronger communities, happier workforces, and a healthier economy.  Philanthropy WV is honored to have Kim Moyers, Market President of First United Bank & Trust to share her experiences discussing small, but mighty investments that companies can make to leverage great community benefit.  President Moyers will share her expertise and her bank’s work in the areas of:

  • First United Banks’ Values-Based Approach to Corporate Giving and Employee Engagement
  • Community Leadership role of First United Bank & Trust in their giving
  • Building long-term community partnerships that go beyond the transaction.

This program is for corporate giving, foundation, and external affairs staff of companies of sizes to identify ways to enhance your corporate giving, employee engagement, and overall community involvement in WV.

Network and learn from your corporate giving, external affairs, corporate communication, and human resource colleagues from companies in Northern WV on January 15th at the Philanthropy WV offices in Morgantown.   Program registration is $15.00 for members and $30.00 for non-members.
