Join our 3rd Quarterly Webinar on Next Generation Engagement, and see a variety of different ways our presenters engage the next generation(s). Bring your questions and your own stories to the table.
Presenters:
Sammie Holzwarth has been with Foundant since 2011. Starting as an intern, she moved to the Client Success Manager (CSM) role after college. Sammie loved building relationships with clients, hearing about all of the great things the different foundations do, and the changing work from one client to another.
After implementing more than 100 clients in Foundant GLM, Sammie took her product expertise to the sales side of the company. She now supports the sales team, keeping them up to date on new functionality in GLM, as well as doing the “heavy lifting” during the more technical demos. It’s safe to say she truly knows the Foundant solutions inside and out!
Sammie has a passion for youth philanthropy and has spearheaded the Youth Giving Project in Bozeman, MT as well as serving as an Exponent Philanthropy Next Gen Fellow for 2016. As a Montana native, Sammie loves taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the Big Sky State has to offer – including skiing, golfing, and fishing.
Jill Gordon serves as the Program Director and primary contact for the Youth Philanthropy Initiative of Indiana (YPII). Locally based in Indianapolis, Indiana and nationally connected, YPII is a signature program of the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance. The mission of this unique statewide collaborative is “to grow lifelong philanthropist who share of their time, talent, and treasure for the common good.” YPII encourages foundations and youth-serving organizations to engage youth in four pillars of philanthropy: serving, giving, leading, and engaging within their communities. As Program Director, Jill oversees YPII’s role in providing youth philanthropy workshops, resources, technical assistance and best practices to nonprofits and foundations. She brings over 16 years of experience in the nonprofit arena, with a strong focus on program and curriculum development, training/evaluation, grant writing, and nonprofit management. Jill is passionate about lifelong learning, community collaboration, and empowering youth to take action and make a difference!
