Philanthropy WV 2022 Annual Conference

We are thrilled to announce the 2022 Philanthropy West Virginia Annual Conference will be held In-Person with Virtual Sessions for Hybrid Participation on May 18 – 20 at The Resort at Glade Springs. Joining us will be a diverse group of leaders in philanthropy from across West Virginia and around the country. 

The theme for this year’s conference is “Cultivating Abundance & Growing Opportunity”, reflecting the work and the rewards we can reap when we work in partnership with one another. Our Keynote Addresses and Breakout Sessions will cover a wide range of topics centered on the importance of planting roots of innovative leadership, deep collaboration, and mindful operations moving forward from these difficult past few years.

This year we will be gathering at the beautiful Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, WV. Packed with fun amenities and teeming with natural beauty, Glade Springs is ready to welcome us for a safe and productive conference after several years of virtual programming. Beyond the bounds of this stunning venue, the conference will also include “Philanthropy in Action Tours.” Together, we’ll travel to several nearby sites doing incredible work in community development, historic & cultural preservation, tourism, and public arts.

Our 2022 Annual Conference will be held in-person, but all Keynote Addresses and select Breakout Sessions will be available on Zoom for virtual attendees. Our agenda is expanding every day, check back for more details!


Professional Continuing Education

The 2022 Philanthropy WV Annual Conference has been approved for a maximum of 9.5 CPE credit hours, if all sessions are attended in accordance with West Virginia Board of Accountancy Standards.

Additionally, the Annual Legal Matters & Briefing Session on Wednesday has been approved for 1.8 CLE credit hours in accordance with the West Virginia Continuing Legal Education Commission.
