2017 Corporate Responsibility Summit

In a time of economic challenges and changing business environments, companies of all sizes are determining what are the best ways to invest in their communities with charitable giving, grantmaking and community volunteering.  This summit for companies, corporate foundations, and other corporate giving provides best practices, current trends, networking with peers, and resources that can be applied in the work of corporate giving, corporate foundations, external affairs, business ownership, and corporate leaders.  The program is a condensed format that will include quality networking, corporate responsibility training, best strategies for promoting your company’s giving, and collaborating on your giving strategy with other foundations to advance your giving program or foundation, no matter how big or small.

2:55 PM Responding to WV’s Growing Needs during Challenging Times:  As a company who supports your communities in WV with employee volunteerism, giving, and your corporate giving, it requires ways to partner, promote, and have an impact while you still have limited funds.  Leaders from corporate giving, private, family, and community foundations will discuss their innovative approaches in  giving and grantmaking during economic challenges that you can apply in your company or foundation’s community giving. The space will allow for you to connect with other corporations and foundations who give in the same focus areas as you do to identify partnerships to leverage each other’s investments.
