Program Cancellation Policy

Philanthropy West Virginia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule our education programs. Programs may be canceled because of, but not limited to: speaker and or facilitator illness, inclement weather conditions, or less than 3 registered participants.

Will you be attending the WV Business Summit August 29th – 31st?

Join Philanthropy West Virginia for a Philanthropy Leaders lunch during the WV Business Summit. Our guest speakers include:

  • One of the 2018 Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Persons: Jan Rader, Huntington WV’s Fire Chief is featured in the recent Netflix Documentary Heroin(e)
  • Former Interim Director of the WV Office of Drug Control Policy and New Jacob’s Ladder Leader Susie Mullens

Our guest speakers will be addressing ways companies, corporate philanthropy, and foundations can be partners in tackling this major challenge for our state’s workforce, communities, and overall health.  Registration is $25.00/person and includes lunch planned at Sam Snead’s at The Greenbrier’s Golf Club.
