“Come Home” Loan Forgiveness Working Group Meeting
January 9, 2019 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Free to MembersPhilanthropy West Virginia formed in 2018 a working group focused on developing strategies and action to attract and retain workforce and talent in communities. The program concept being modeled from other states are called “Come Home” Loan Forgiveness grants. The working group will be meeting to discuss recent legislation introduced in the U.S. Senate to make it possible for foundations to be part of this work and model it in West Virginia.
The working group’s next meeting is on Wednesday, January 9th at 1:30 to 3:00 PM. We are meeting in-person at St. John 23rd Pastoral Center in Charleston, WV with video conference/webinar access available for those who want to remotely participate.
