10 Easy Ways to Improve Your Practices Workshop

Join us for this informative and interactive workshop with PEAK Grantmaking to learn ways to improve your grantmaking practices. This workshop covers ten tips for improving grantmaking practices from research and case studies developed by PEAK Grantmaking covering a range of practices and process components including applications, reporting, data, and communications.
During this workshop, you will:
- Review 10 tips for implementing practices that will improve your grantmaking
- Learn about ways to reduce the burden on grantees – and your staff – of administering grants
- Identify 2 – 3 quick wins you could implement back at your own organization
Participants will also have the opportunity to share what they would add to the list from their own best practices to help their colleagues improve their practices. Since this session will be virtually connected to other meet-up locations including Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh, participants will have the opportunity to network with peers in the grants management community – both here in West Virginia and beyond!
