Philanthropy West Virginia is pleased to host our next Education Affinity Group (EAG) meeting on Wednesday, November 6th from 10 AM to 12 Noon as a pre-conference session before the 2019 Annual Members Meeting & Conference in Parkersburg, WV.
The Education Affinity Group is open to all private, family, corporate, and community foundations, United Ways, and philanthropists who are working to improve education in West Virginia. The program’s focus will include:
- Presentation on the WV Graduate Profiles Project with Dr. Jim Denova of the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation and Amelia Courts of the Education Alliance
- Review of Partnerships with Grade Level Reading Campaign & Workforce Readiness – WV Climb
- Strategizing on EAG leverage opportunities with National Funder Engagement
If you register for the 2019 Philanthropy WV Annual Conference, your registration fee is included for the EAG meeting.
