Philanthropy West Virginia is pleased to announce their 4th Annual Policy Institute in partnership with the WV Nonprofit Asociation to be held at the WV State Capitol on Friday, December 8, 2017. The program features keynote speakers Rob Collier, President & CEO of the Council of Michigan Foundations and Donna Murray Brown, President & CEO of the Michigan Nonprofit Association.
