    • Mission Align 360° is the process by which an organization, such as a foundation, examines itself from every vantage point to assess its human, financial and philanthropic capital and how such capital is allocated to accomplish its mission.  Each organization is unique and will have its distinct Mission Align 360° journey that will help solve some of the biggest challenges of our times, advance the sustainable and impact investing industry and maximize capital for mission alignment and positive impact.  Kelly will discuss an actionable step-by-step roadmap that organizations at any stage and size can implement to align their investments, alongside human capital, with their mission.

• Session 1. Funding Capacity Building Collaboratively: A Case Study of the Nonprofit LEAD Program with guest speaker Amy Elliott, Program Director of Nonprofits LEAD
  While “collaboration” and “capacity building” are popular concepts among some parts of the philanthropic landscape, very few communities have been able to combine the two effectively.  The Mid-Ohio Valley (Wood County, WV and Washington County, OH) is the exception to this rule with the Nonprofit LEAD program.  This presentation outlines the history and model of the 10-year-old program, as well as lessons learned along the way.  There will be time and space for questions.
